PalletMaxx manufactures a majority of its new standard and custom sized pallets from a variety of mixed hardwoods. PalletMaxx mills use high grade pallet lumber to reduce breakage, bark and improve overall quality.

These pallets are available to be heat treated and stamped in compliance with IPPC regulations.
Softwood Pallets
PalletMaxx offers pallets and crates in a variety of soft woods based on customer needs and product applications.

Recycled Pallets
PalletMaxx offers a variety of standard and custom size recycled pallets designed to meet our customer's needs. We keep standard sizes in stock for same day and next day delivery. Custom sizes can be maintained on hand for Just-In Time Delivery.
All recycled pallets are available to be heat treated and stamped in compliance with IPPC regulations.
Remanufactured Pallets
PalletMaxx will manufacture pallets to your specifications out of recycled decking and stringer boards reclaimed from dismantled pallets. These pallets reduce your cost in comparison to new or combination pallets. Remanufactured pallets are environmentally friendly and allow us to reuse material that might otherwise contribute to our nation’s landfills without our services.

Combination Pallets
PalletMaxx combination pallets are manufactured out of both new and recycled material. These pallets are manufactured to your specification and are more consistent and uniform than a recycled pallet. We recommend the use of these pallets to help reduce costs in comparison to purchasing new pallets while maintaining a high level of quality.

Crating
PalletMaxx distributes custom and standard size crates out of new or recycled material to meet your needs, specifications and budget restrictions.

Plastic Pallets
PalletMaxx distributes both new and recycled plastic pallets. New plastic pallets are available in custom sizes while recycled plastic pallets are available in standard sizes.
Lumber
Over the past decade PalletMaxx has developed a strong network of hardwood and softwood mills that produce many different grades of lumber. Our lumber capabilities include the following in standard and custom cuts:
